Track Your Order

Every order ships tracked. The tracking link is emailed when the parcel is handed to the carrier, not when the order is placed, so there is a gap between buying and being able to follow it.

New tracking looks dead at first. The number is created when the shipping label is printed, which happens before the parcel physically moves. In the first days after dispatch the carrier’s page may show very little, or nothing at all. That is normal and it does not mean anything has gone wrong.

When tracking arrives

  • Orders leave the warehouse within 48 hours. We email the tracking link when the parcel is handed over.
  • That email is separate from your order confirmation. If all you have is the confirmation, the parcel has not shipped yet.
  • If the order was placed more than 48 hours ago and no shipping email has arrived, check your spam and promotions folders — that is usually where it is.

Finding your number

  • Open the shipping email. The number is in the body, and the link in it opens the carrier’s page directly.
  • It is a long string of letters and digits. Copy the whole thing, including any letters at either end.
  • If you ordered more than one item, they may travel separately, with a number each.

Tracking statuses

  • Label created, or shipment information received — the number exists, the parcel has not been scanned yet. Expect little movement until the first scan.
  • In transit, or departed facility — it is moving. Gaps between scans are ordinary.
  • Arrived in destination country, or customs clearance — it has landed and is being passed to the local service. This step can hold still for a while.
  • Out for delivery — with the local courier, due that day.
  • Delivery attempted, or awaiting collection — nobody was in, or a local depot is holding it. The carrier’s notice says where to collect.
  • Delivered — check the porch, the letterbox and next door before worrying. Parcels are sometimes scanned as delivered before they are actually handed over.

Quiet stretches

Scans thin out on the long leg between countries. A parcel can go quiet in the middle of the journey, then update all at once when it lands. Delivery typically takes 7–12 days.

If it stalls

If it is past day 12 and tracking has not moved, email us with your order number. We will chase it with the carrier and tell you what comes back, including when the answer is unhelpful. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we send a replacement or refund you — your choice.

Support is by email only — no phone line, no shop counter. Replies come within 24 hours on working days.

Wrong address

Tell us before dispatch and we can change it. Orders leave within 48 hours, so that window is short. After dispatch the parcel belongs to the carrier and all we can do is ask for a redirect, which does not always work.

Once it arrives

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item, and there is no restocking fee. The full detail — who pays postage, how refunds are issued — is on the returns page.
