How it goes

1. OrderedConfirmation email. Nothing to track yet.
2. Ships in 1–3 working daysTracking number by email. Little movement in the first few days is normal.
3. Arrives 7–21 days after dispatchDepends on your country. See the list.

If something's off

• No shipping email after 3 working daysCheck spam, then email us and we resend it.
• Two tracking numbersThe camera and the memory card can ship separately.
• Lost the numberSign in to your account to see the order.
• Not arrived 12 days after dispatch16 or 21 days in some countries. Email us your order number. If the carrier confirms it's lost, we replace it or refund you, your choice.
