Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with xovist. By placing an order you accept them.

Import duty is not included. Delivery is included in the price. Import duty or tax charged by your own country is not, and paying it is your responsibility.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price or description was clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include delivery. If your region has its own currency configured, checkout displays and charges that instead. Payment is taken through Shopify’s payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.

Product descriptions

We describe what we sell as accurately as we can, including its limitations. Photographs and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Where a product page sets out a limitation, that description forms part of what you are agreeing to buy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse this website: no attempts to break it, scrape it at volume, resell our content, or use our images and copy as your own.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and original imagery on this site belong to xovist. Product names and trademarks belonging to other companies remain theirs.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which xovist operates, and do not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
