Customs, duties and taxes

Parcels ship from China, so import duty, sales tax or GST, or a carrier handling fee may apply in your country. Unless checkout shows these charges as collected, they are the buyer's responsibility, and the carrier may collect them on delivery. If you refuse a parcel at customs and it comes back to us, we refund the item price but not the shipping costs.

  • Canada: GST/HST and a carrier handling fee may be collected on delivery.
  • Switzerland: Swiss import VAT or a handling fee may apply.
  • Norway: Norwegian VAT is normally prepaid before the parcel ships (VOEC). If it is not, VAT and a handling fee may be collected on delivery.
  • Pakistan: import duty and sales tax are usually collected on delivery.
  • South Korea: please enter your personal customs clearance code (PCCC) and a mobile number at checkout. Korean customs can't release a parcel without them.
  • UK and EU: prices include VAT and import VAT is prepaid, so you normally have nothing to pay on delivery.
  • Taiwan: customs asks you to confirm the parcel in the EZ WAY app (real-name authentication) before release. Use the same name and mobile number as your EZ WAY account.
